The number one amenity of Lake House is, of course, Cayuga Lake. It is 40 miles long, a little over a mile wide (3 miles at its widest), and 450 feet deep. It's very clean and great for recreational boating and swimming.

To help you enjoy the lake, there are two shale beaches, a concrete pier, and a boat slip suitable for small boat launching (canoes, kayaks, or small sailboats). Larger boats can be launched at Taughannock State Park or Allan H. Treman State Marine Park .  Kayaks and canoe provided.

The house is wired for cable TV, wireless internet, and phone service.  The living room has a 55" LED LCD television and a second smaller set.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and direct access to a second story deck overlooking the lake. An exterior spiral staircase leads from the deck down to lake level.  The bathroom has a bathtub as well as a shower stall. 

The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and full bath.  A third bedroom, located on the ground floor, has two twin beds.  The second floor study is outfitted with a full size sleeper sofa.  The room has an office workspace with a lovely southern lake view.   The first floor TV room/sitting room also has a queen size sleeper sofa.  (A folding screen provides some privacy, but there is no door in the passageway that leads from this room to the kitchen.)
 
Air conditioners in upstairs living room, master bedroom, study, and kitchen/TV room.  Extractor fan may also be used.

The house is fully furnished with all dishes and kitchen utensils, as well as linens.
