The master bedroom has a king size bed and direct access to a second story deck overlooking the lake. An exterior spiral staircase leads from the deck down to lake level. The bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower.
A second bedroom offers a queen size bed and full bath.
A third has a queen bed and an office workspace with a lovely southern lake view.
A fourth bedroom, located on the ground floor, has two twin beds.
The first floor TV room/sitting room also has a queen size sleeper sofa. (A folding screen provides some privacy, but there is no door in the passageway that leads from this room to the kitchen.)
There are two full bathrooms on the first floor. One of them is wheelchair accessible and has a large roll-in shower. Inquire for details. Wheelchair ramp available, given timely notice.
Air conditioning in all rooms except first floor bedroom.
The house is fully furnished with dishes and eating utensils, and well stocked with cookware.
